When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via standard shipping and will take 3 to 5 business days from time the order is placed. Orders of twin strollers will take 5 to 7 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will take 7 to 10 business days.
Can Maclaren ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses or internationally?
Currently we cannot ship to P.O. Box, FPO/APO shipping addresses, international destinations or U.S. Protectorates (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).
Does Maclaren offer priority shipping?
Yes, we offer priority shipping for a fee, $75 per stroller and $15 if the order contains only accessories. Please note that twin strollers are not eligible for priority shipping. Orders using priority shipping will be shipped the next business day. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only receive standard delivery.
How can I track the status of my order?
You may check your order status even if you are not a registered user by clicking Order Status. You will need to provide your order number and billing zip code. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received. We will also send a shipping confirmation email, which will include the tracking number for your package.
