Responsibilities
As a member of the Global Sales Team you will manage sales and accounts for the specified sales territory. Drive sales growth across all product categories by channel and territory to achieve revenue and margin targets implementing target sales, sales operations, and trade marketing and after-sales plans. Provide market intelligence on competition products and activities. Responsible for ensuring the Maclaren brand is promoted and its integrity maintained, with particular emphasis on Point of Sale environment and activities. Identify opportunities to develop business and increase sell-through and market share.
 
Account Management Responsible for retail accounts and sales targets (revenue and gross margin) by channel and territory, working closely with Sales Operations. Apply “Know Your Customer” parameters and ensure full deployment of ICT systems.
 
Customer Relationship Management Responsible for building relations of trust and partnership with customers.  Managing designated accounts accordingly including B2B platform.
 
Sales Forecasting Responsible for regular sales forecasting and providing information on customer pipeline inventory levels and “sell-through”.
 
Sales Reporting Identify areas of opportunity and concern and generate action plans to achieve revenue and margin targets. Conduct gap analyses by geography and channel, developing sales plans accordingly.
 
Commercial Policy Adherence Ensure commercial policies are respected and adhered to including customer credit management, receivables management, returns credits and compliance with trading terms and conditions            
 
After-Sales Coordinate products returns and repairs with the after-sales department. Support the development of the after-sales service centre network.                
 
Trade Marketing    Ensure trade marketing plans are implemented. Analyze market trends and benchmark competitors, providing feedback to the Strategic Marketing team     
 
Retail Services Support Provide retail support including POS merchandising, events, demos; Customer Product Training and Sales Training; Ensure marketing materials and collateral are regularly provided to retailers.  Ensure agreed assortment is respected by retailers.       
 
Qualifications & Experience
·      Minimum 5/8 years of professional experience ideally in baby product industry and with key retailers on French market
·      Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent
·      Excellent eye for detail and commitment to quality
·      Prior knowledge of sales CRM systems and proficient in MS office
·      Highly self-motivated and an excellent communicator
·      Strong organizational skills
