How can I track the status of my order?
You may check your order status even if you are not a registered user by clicking Order Status. You will need to provide your order number and billing zip code. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received. We will also send a shipping confirmation email, which will include the tracking number for your package.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via standard shipping and will take 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Twin strollers take 5 to 7 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will take 7 to 10 business days.
Can Maclaren ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses or internationally?
Currently we cannot ship to P.O. Box, FPO/APO shipping addresses, international destinations or U.S. Protectorates (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).
What payment methods does Maclaren accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiration date, and the Card Verification Value (CVV number).
When will my account be charged?
The payment amount is authorised and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is only charged when your order ships. Please note: Authorised and hold amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is cancelled, the authorisation hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your online order within 30 minutes to an hour of placing your purchase by contacting Customer Care during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 4am - 5pm EST (closed Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays).
