THE MACLAREN STANDARD
At Maclaren, your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. We take great pride in creating products that are above industry standards in safety and design. In the unlikely event that you are not completely delighted with your Maclaren purchase, we will offer a full refund for items returned within 45 days of the shipping date. For beginning... body and bath products, we will offer a full refund for items returned within 10 days of the shipping date.
Returned merchandise must be in the original unused condition and packaging, complete with all the warranty cards, manuals, and instructions to receive a full refund. StyleSets must be returned as a complete group, individual StyleSet items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Please note: Maclaren will not accept returns for products that have been used, including stroller wheels that show visible wear and fabric items that have been worn or washed. To qualify for free return shipping your order must contain only one stroller. If your order has more than one stroller you are obligated to pay for shipping costs for any additional strollers. Please insure each stroller for its full value when you return it. Priority shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, which generally takes 1 – 2 billing cycles to display on your credit card statement.
Should you wish to return a gift that was purchased through our website, you may return the item(s) by following our return policy. The refund will always be issued to the person who placed the order and to the original form of payment.
MACLAREN ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased at another retail location or website selling Maclaren merchandise cannot be returned to shopmaclarenbaby.com.
