Where can I purchase a Maclaren product?

How can I buy a limited edition designer stroller?
All limited edition designer strollers are part of our Maclaren Object of Design series. Discover our latest designer collaborations here. The limited edition Burberry, Juicy Couture, and Kate Spade strollers are no longer available.
Are Maclaren strollers car seat compatible?
None of the strollers in our current range are car seat compatible.
How do I wash the stroller?
Clean the frame with a damp cloth and a mild detergent and let it dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasives. If the stroller chassis parts have been exposed to salt water, we recommend that they be rinsed with fresh (tap) water as soon as possible. The hood may be sponged lightly using a damp cloth and a mild detergent. We recommend hand washing the seat. Maclaren does not recommend machine washing, using bleach, dry cleaning, or ironing. Refer to your stroller’s care label for further details on how to care for your stroller seat. Dry thoroughly before reuse (air dry). Do not fold or store the product while wet and never store in a damp environment as this can cause mildew.

How do I open and close a Maclaren stroller?
All Maclaren strollers have been designed with an easy 5-Second fold and our single-seat strollers can be closed with one hand. To learn more, view our video demonstration.
What should I consider when buying a Maclaren stroller?

Until what age or weight can I used my Maclaren stroller?
Maclaren strollers are designed and tested to safely transport children up to 55lbs in the USA, 20kg in Australia, and 15kg in the EU/UK. The Techno XLR is designed and tested to hold up to a 65lb (US) child. These weight limits are based on regional testing and not decided by Maclaren. Twin strollers are tested to hold up to 15 kg (UK)/55 lb (US) per seat. Most children determine at what age they no longer want to be in a stroller, so we suggest you allow your child to guide your stroller usage.
I'm tall; will a Maclaren umbrella stroller be comfortable to push?
All Maclaren strollers are designed with comfortably positioned tall handles. Maclaren designers want to ensure comfort for both parent and baby, and thus created handles with heights ranging from 102cm/40in to 107cm/43in. Our Techno XT and Techno XLR also have height-adjustable handles for increased flexibility and comfort. The Techno XT handle height ranges from 107-110.5cm/42-43.5 inches. The Techno XLR handle height ranges from 110-112.5cm/43.5-44.5 inches.
How can I track the status of my order?
You may check your order status even if you are not a registered user by clicking Order Status. You will need to provide your order number and billing zip code. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received. We will also send a shipping confirmation email, which will include the tracking number for your package.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via standard shipping and will take 5 to 7 business days from time the order is placed. Twin strollers take 5 to 10 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will take 5 to 10 business days.
Can Maclaren ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses or internationally?
Currently we cannot ship to P.O. Box, FPO/APO shipping addresses, international destinations or U.S. Protectorates (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).
Does Maclaren offer priority shipping?
Yes, we offer priority shipping for a fee, $75 per stroller and $15 if the order contains only accessories. Orders with priority shipping will be shipped the next business day. Please note that twin strollers are not eligible for priority shipping. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only receive standard delivery.
What payment methods does Maclaren accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiration date, and the Card Verification Value (CVV number).
When will my account be charged?
The payment amount is authorised and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is only charged when your order ships. Please note: Authorised and hold amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is cancelled, the authorisation hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your online order within 30 minutes of placing your purchase by contacting Customer Care during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 4am - 5pm (closed Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays). For further details, contact Customer Care or give us a ring +1-888-805-0100.
How do I return a product?
Products purchased on our website may be returned within 45 days from the shipping date. For beginning... body and bath products, we will offer a full refund for items returned within 10 days of the shipping date. You need to contact our Customer Care via our Contact Us Form Monday through Friday 4am – 5pm EST to initiate the return. Items must be unused and returned in their original package. StyleSets must be returned as a complete group, individual StyleSet items are not eligible for exchange or return. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on free return shipping and additional information.
How long will my refund take?
Once we process your return, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Credit card companies vary on the amount of time it takes to display the refund on your statement, but generally it takes 1 – 2 billing cycles.
Does Maclaren offer price adjustments?
We hope you find that our expertly designed buggies and baby products are consistently offered at excellent values for you and your family. We do not offer price adjustments at this time. However, should you have any questions on pricing, please contact Customer Care or give us a ring +1-888-805-0100.
What if I forgot my password?
Please go to My Account and click the Forgot Your Password link. A Reset Password window will open and prompt you to enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a link to reset your password to that email address.
Can I change my account settings?
Yes, you may edit your account information including credit card information, billing and shipping address, as well as modify your wish list and change your password. Go to My Account and select the field you wish to add, edit, or delete, then click apply to make your change.
How will you use my personal details provided on the Registration Form?
Maclaren values your privacy and will not sell or make available your name or contact information to any third party. The personal information we gather will be used to confirm that your stroller is registered when you contact an Authorised Service Centre/Service Agent. Your information also assists Maclaren to design better products and services, as well as to provide you with timely information on new products or notify you if there is a safety issue with your product.
What is the Basic Warranty?
Maclaren buggies purchased from authorised retailers are automatically covered by a basic warranty for the first 12 months following the purchase. The warranty is honoured by Maclaren and our Authorised Service Agents upon presentation of proof of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for buggies used in normal conditions and in compliance with the instruction manual. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, accident or negligence. Examples of wear and tear include: unevenly worn wheels, broken tubing caused by excessive force, the natural breakdown of fabric and colours after extended usage. The warranty does not cover buggies that have been repaired by a third party. To extend the Basic Warranty to the Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty, simply register your stroller online within 45 days of purchase or within 45 days of receipt as a gift.
How do I activate the Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™?
Simply register your stroller online within 45 days of purchase or within 45 days of receipt as a gift. Upon registration, the Basic Warranty will be automatically upgraded to the Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty.
Who can register for the Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty?
The original Purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the Recipient can register the stroller online, to obtain the Sovereign Lifetime Warranty in their name.
Is wear and tear covered by warranty?
Wear and tear resulting from daily use is not covered under the terms of either the Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty or Basic Warranty. We understand that even the best cared for stroller can meet with an unforeseen or unexplained accident. If your Maclaren stroller becomes damaged, contact an Authorised Service Centre/Service Agent to handle the repair.
Where does the Sovereign Lifetime Warranty apply?
The Sovereign Lifetime Warranty is recognised anywhere in the world where there is a Maclaren Authorised Service Centre/Service Agent.
What does “Lifetime” mean?
Maclaren defines "Lifetime" as the period of use by the Registrant for his/her children and is non-transferable.
What is the importance of buying from an Authorised Dealer?
Maclaren product warranties are only honoured when the product is purchased through an Authorised Maclaren Dealer. Purchasing through an Authorised Maclaren Dealer ensures that you are purchasing an authentic Maclaren product that lives up to Maclaren’s rigorous quality and safety standards. How long does my warranty last?
Your Maclaren stroller is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. If you register your stroller online within 45 days of purchase, it will be eligible for the Sovereign Lifetime Warranty. See the Warranty section under Customer Care for more detailed information.
How do I make a claim if I am experiencing issues covered by the warranty?
If you are experiencing issues covered by the warranty, please contact Customer Care. You will be asked to provide your full name, address, telephone number, product code (found underneath the chassis starting with the letter W or D), VIN Number (found underneath the chassis underneath the barcode), fault, a digital image illustrating the faults, and proof of purchase (such as a copy of the store receipt, gift receipt or evidence of place of purchase with date of purchase). Please note that items without proof of purchase are not covered under the warranty.
Where can I find the VIN for my Maclaren stroller?
The unique VIN number for your buggy is located on the back of the warranty booklet and underneath the chassis or seat support tube depending on the version.
How can I purchase a spare part?

How can I request a hinge cover kit for my stroller?
Contact Customer Care or give us a ring at +1-888-805-0100 and we will gladly mail you a hinge cover kit free of charge. Please note this only applies to strollers manufactured prior to 2010. A digital image of your stroller will be requested by our Customer Care Team.
What should I do if my stroller needs repair?
Visit our Authorised Service Centre/Service Agent page to find the nearest location. You may also contact Customer Care or give us a ring at +1 888-805-0100 for assistance.
Should I insure my product when I mail it in?
Please insure your Maclaren stroller for its full value when you send it to an Authorised Service Centre/Service Agent. Use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery.
How long will my repair take?
The repair time at an Authorised Service Centre/Service Agent is usually 7-10 business days. Should your repair require ordering special parts then it can take 10-15 business days. Please consult your Authorised Service Centre/Service Agent to determine availability and timeframe for delivery.
The wheels on my Maclaren stroller are squeaking. What can I do?
First, check to see that your wheels are clean and free of any dirt or debris. You can clean the wheels with a soft brush to remove any hair, sand, string, dirt, or debris from the mechanisms. A dry silicone spray can then be used to lubricate the wheels; however, be sure to use it in a well-ventilated area. Avoid the use of oil or grease based lubricants, as they attract more dirt and dust, which can prematurely wear the wheel bearing surfaces. If wheels are exposed to salt water, rinse immediately with tap / fresh water and dry thoroughly. We recommend that you inspect your wheels and front-swivel mechanism once every 60 days.
When did Maclaren introduce a line of beauty products?
Maclaren introduced the beginning... well-being products in 2007. We felt there was a need for completely natural, aromatherapy-based products and wanted to use our brand to deliver a no-compromise range for mothers and babies made from the finest natural and organic products.

All beginning... products and gift sets are available through our website and also at select retailers listed through our Store Locator.
Have the products been tested?
All beginning... products have been tested for sensitive skin. We do not use synthetic perfumes, phthalates, artificial colours, petroleum derivatives, sodium lauryl sulphate, parabens, TEA or DEA. Maclaren is against animal testing, and many beginning... products are Soil Association and PETA approved.
Where are beginning... products manufactured?
All beginning... products are manufactured in England, United Kingdom.
Are essential oils safe enough to be used on babies?
Essential oils must be used with care, yet they are perfectly safe when used as directed. At Maclaren, we have taken special care in keeping the percentage of essential oils within acceptable levels when formulating our baby products to ensure their safety.
Are the beginning… products safe to use during pregnancy?
Whilst most beginning... products can be used during pregnancy, certain beginning... products for mother are not recommended during the first trimester. In these cases guidance is given. All beginning... products can be used whilst breastfeeding.
What is the best way to store products?
We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place away from direct heat and sunlight (and away from children). This will keep the ingredients fresh and prolong their maximum effectiveness. Once opened, most beginning... products should be used within 12 months. Our Gentle Organic Cleansing Face & Body Wipes should be used within 3 months.
Can beginning... products be used on babies with eczema?
All beginning... products are made from natural ingredients and are tested on sensitive skin.
Can almond oil cause the same reaction for people with nut allergies?
Almond oil is a nut oil and is present in some beginning... products. Almond is considered cosmetically safe and is not a nut that generally causes an allergic reaction. However, if you wish to avoid nuts completely, always read the ingredients provided on the packaging.
