I wanted to write to say thank you for five good years. When our daughter was still an infant we bought her a Maclaren Quest. And once our son was born and our daughter outgrew the need for a stroller, it became his. And so this stroller ably pushed both of my babies around for a collective five years. My husband is a diplomat and we have literally travelled the world with the Maclaren. It has crossed the US (a few times), lived in Bishkek, and visited Helsinki, Almaty, Dubai and airports in between. It has bumped across the cobblestones of Riga, and visited Rome, London, and Barcelona. Unfortunately, the Maclaren met its final end on our most recent trip between Amsterdam and Riga. Nothing could defeat her except some amazingly poor luggage handling. And while we just barely need a stroller anymore, our son is nearing three and we will undoubtedly buy our son his very own Quest. Thank you for building an exceptional stroller and for over five great years of travel.

I wanted to drop a note to say, "Thank You Maclaren" for sending my family the Quest Stroller. We live in Long Beach, NY and Hurricane Sandy put five feet of water into our house. We lost so much, including all of our baby gear. With two small children, being displaced can be stressful. You added some normalcy to our lives. When our stroller arrived, I cried. I can't say it enough: thank you, thank you, thank you!!! It really means the world to my husband and me (and our kids).

Great Product. My sister and I took our kids backpacking through Europe (seven countries, countless cities, and trains for two months) using your strollers. We wouldn't have been able to do it without your product. Cobblestones, stairs, and bridges are no challenge at all for a Maclaren. We have pictures to prove it. Lots of baby companies should take note the customer service from Maclaren! The crotch strap on our stroller was too tight. But, making a new, longer one for us was no problem at all!! Love Maclaren! Brilliant!

We recently had our stroller repaired at your Maclaren Soho location. Your staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the stroller that was lent to us while ours was being fixed, because honestly, how could we live without ours?!
