SharePoint Administrator

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

The Sharepoint Administrator is responsible for global maintenance of  the SharePoint 2010 environment servicing all business areas, providing best practice implementation and design for SharePoint solutions, and handling all aspects of troubleshooting, configuring and optimising within the SharePoint environment.  

The SharePoint Administrator is expected to provide first line support to users on SharePoint usage, work in site with teams and/or individuals to guide and enhance their use of the system.  Advise users on structuring content and processes.  Provide training to individuals and teams on a regular basis to ensure confident use of the system.

To provide support, monitoring, content management and administration for the internal information system, SharePoint.

 

Web Developer

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

The Web (e-Commerce) Developer is responsible for global maintenance of the company’s e-Commerce platforms as well as B2B platforms. Providing best practice implementation and design for solutions, roll-out of e-commerce sites in new markets and handling all aspects of troubleshooting, configuring and optimising within the respective environments.  

The Web Developer is expected to provide first line support to users for onsite maintenance and content updates, work in site with teams and/or individuals to guide and enhance their use of the system.  Advise users on structuring content and processes.  Provide training to individuals and teams on a regular basis to ensure confident use of the system. The Web (e-Commerce) Developer is expected to write and deploy the necessary code to implement the required site design changes.

 

Repairs Technician (PT)

Location: Germany - Cologne

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to Maclaren standards. Capture repairs and warranty data in the systems. Inspect incoming goods. Train Service Agents of the service centre network.

 

Account Executive

Under the overall management of the Brand Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for account management of specifically designated accounts to undertake sales, sales administration and operations and trade marketing functions. Drive sales growth across all accounts against annual targets in compliance with sales, commercial and operational policies and guidelines. Account management responsibilities span the full spectrum of the functions of sales, sales operations, training both sales and product. The Account Executive will, pursuant to central functional support and guidance, execute pre-determined general and customer specific trade marketing plans in line with customer focused multi-year plans. They will also provide customer service and after-sales to B2B customers. Provide market intelligence on competition, products and activities. Responsible for ensuring the Maclaren Brand is promoted and its integrity maintained, with particular emphasis on POS environment, activities and service. Identify opportunities to develop business and increase sell-through and improve turn efficiencies.

 

Brand Manager

2 Positions:

Location: Hong Kong

Location: UK – Long Buckby, Northampton

End-to-End profit and loss responsibility for designated market(s)/territories; lead, plan, develop and manage the functions of sales, sales operations and trade marketing; deliver sales growth, margin targets, marketing plans, after-sales excellence, effective and efficient operations and sustainability plans and programs.

Liaising with global functions to achieve targets and business objectives, including category management to promote the Brand and the entire product range.

Responsible for ensuring all Company policies, procedures, guidelines and systems are effectively implemented, adhered to, maintained and monitored.

Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Accounts and the Strategic Accounts Unit to ensure that all multi-year plans for Strategic Accounts have been implemented, executed and managed throughout the year. Work with the Strategic Accounts Unit to ensure that customer needs have been identified and efficient channels of communication are in place with customers to ensure that all aspects of their needs are serviced effectively on all levels.

 

Trade Marketing Manager /Marketing Manager -- B2B

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

End-to-End responsibility for all trade and retail oriented marketing across  all B2B channels and retailer B2C channels; develop and plan annual budget and multi-year plans across the function and in respect of Strategic and key accounts. Create and execute customised multi-year plans, business development and footprint growth strategies. Create and disseminate all necessary collateral and assets.

Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Accounts /Brand Manager and Social Media Team on a market by market basis in respect of local market and language specific requirements; follow the strategic branding, marketing and communication strategy. 

 

Integrated Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

Partnering closely with Head of Creative, the Integrated Marketing Manager’s role is to collaborate on overall marketing plans, lead and deliver marketing initiatives and campaigns across all regions and on an omni-channel basis. Whereas the Head of Creative is focused on a multi-year outlook for the brand and its direction through planning with the executive team and creative agencies both in-house and external (to which the Manager contributes), the Integrated Marketing Manager is focused primarily on quarterly deliverables and the annual outlook, serving as the integration point for local market execution and the business group-specific marketing plan.

 

Customer Service Executive

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

Partnering with all facets of the organisation to develop and drive implementation of the best in class customer experience. Partner with the Marketing, Operations and Customer Service function to define and implement customer experience guidelines and standards across all Brand and customer touch points across all product and service areas. Identify customer experience improvements and leading impact analysis.

Champion and implement the best customer experience offering to ensure customer friendly, accessible, prompt service in all aspects of customer shopping and after sales experience.

 

Retailing / Digital Commerce

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

Oversees search marketing (SEO, PPC) and affiliate marketing, and manage the broader portfolio of advertising, marketplaces, social media,

and other acquisition initiatives. Overall, formulates strategies for effectively acquiring and reactivating customers

in an on-brand and cost-effective manner.

 

Social Media Executive - French

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

Designer

Design patterns and templates and select fabrics for soft goods to support Maclaren Brand and image in-line with creative direction and strategy across all product categories.

 

Technical Administrator

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

Support the Head of Creative and Design function in administering designated specifications for product design and documentation and supporting the design and development process through the deployment of ICT systems and procedures.

 

Sales and Demand Planning Executive

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

The Sales and Demand Planner position is the integral ligament between the Sales and Supply Chain functions within the business and the owner behind the maintenance of the global SKU-level demand forecasts as a result of action steps from the monthly sales planning and sales order processes.

The aim of this position is to provide support and expertise for achieving strategic and operational goals in the following business areas:  Global Demand & Supply Planning, Channel Level Sales Planning, Inventory Management and Category Life Cycle Management. In doing so, providing SKU-level forecasts that drive production to allow for the achievement of the annual financial objectives including regular business, new product and new channel launches.

This position owns responsibility for ensuring that high precision forecasts are developed by leveraging the best available cross-functional inputs and data as well as applying judgment based knowledge of the business and robust cross-functional discussions with sales, creative, supply chain and operations.

Possible additional responsibilities will include the support and implementation of best practices in international regions to drive more effective alignment in support of global SOP efforts. 

 

Warehouse Manager

 

Location: UK – Long Buckby, Northampton

 

Lead, plan, develop and manage the warehouse team, receipt of goods, quality inspections, ensuring Health and Safety policies are executed to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Analyze, plan, and purchase warehouse and office supplies within budget. Ensure that warehouse policies are communicated to the team and implemented and that procedures are clear and are followed.  Support the Operations Director to manage operational costs, including the negotiation of freight out and supplies prices and contract renewals with carriers and vendors. Provide on-time and in full deliveries to customers with complete and accurate documentation.

 

Warehouse Operative

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

Receive, pick, pack, ship and dispatch goods following warehouse management procedures and guidelines.   Ensure safety at all times in the workplace

 

Operations Director

Location: United States - Norwalk, Connecticut

Lead, plan, develop and manage B2B and B2C logistics, warehousing and fulfillment, inventory management and reporting, 3PL relations, customer service, after-sales operations, quality inspections and reporting, and rapid Reaction functions.  Ensure that operations policies are communicated to the team and implemented and that procedures are clear and followed.  Support the President to manage operational costs and to provide on-time and in full deliveries to customers / consumers with complete and accurate documentation. Ensure full and effective deployment of ERP and WMS systems.

 

Costing Engineer

Location: Hong Kong

Act as the quantity surveyor for all products. Ensure component specifications are accurate and properly costed. Maintain product costing files.  Liaise with vendors and Engineering Team to build & assess product costs during development, analyse options and Optimize costs.
